Our Process

We have a very simple three step process:
First, we identify the needs of the customer.
Second, inform the customer of the solutions that are available and the costs associated with them.
Third, present the proposal that best fits your needs.

Some highlights of our business include:

• Average time frame: 1-3 days 
• Before we commence any roof demolition we first tarp all of the grounds and protect all landscaping, shrubs, windows, and air conditioning units with plywood
• All shingles used are algae resistant (prevents moss and mildew streaks)
• We install an ice guard protection membrane on all eaves at least two feet from the exterior walls.  This membrane is also installed around chimneys and wall flashings
• All pipe flashing boots and any vents are replaced
• Ridge vent, which is a superior ventilation system that is installed on the ridges of the roof, is included in all of our proposals at no extra charge
• Roll-off Dumpsters are delivered and picked up as soon as the project is complete, also included in the price
• We carry a 7yr labor warranty on all complete tear-off roofs, compare to 1yr required by the state
